In AZ, when there is a <LOQ or ND on a cannabinoid, the test result on the label should print <LOQ or ND instead of ZERO. The test result on the label must match the PDF. Effective August 2024.

• COA: Certificate of Analysis

• LOD: stands for “limit of detection” and is similar to the LOQ, but they are not exactly equivalent. The LOD is the lowest quantity of a substance that can be distinguished from the absence of that substance. The LOD and LOQ can differ according to what definition is used and what type of noise contributes to the measurement and calibration.

• LOQ: Limit of Quantitation, meaning it was detected but the testing method couldn’t specify the quantity detected

  • <LOQ: means that the analyte is below or less than the limit of quantitation.

Discount Engine enhancements allow cannabis operators to create myriad of incentives at the point-of-sale that will drive customers into the store and influence them to buy certain products through a variety of discounts that align with creative marketing campaigns. These enhancements provide the ability to create unique discount opportunity sets that rival or exceed capabilities found in traditional retail software, including:

• Dollars-off discounts;

• Percentage discounts;

• Buy-one-get-one promotions and variations thereof;

• Single-use promotion codes;

• Multi-use promotion codes;

• Conditional offers such as birthday, in-store, and first purchase; and

• Time-based discounts such as happy hour, weekday only, or defined start and end dates.

While the Discount Engine enhancements are focused on helping marketing teams, the system also provides deep analytics that will enable stakeholders to identify and address how discounts and promos impact margins and influence sales and customer loyalty. Data housed within Flourish Software also provides impressive ancestry tracking from harvest to sale of the final product. For example, the software’s analytics can identify discrepancies in sales activity between store locations. In another example, if a recall or compliance issue occurs, operators can easily pull the data stored in the point-of-sale system to review and address it.

We are adding MMJ used as an attribute on the item master. This will allow you to set the MMJ used for the item. This will populate MMJ used throughout the application if entered but can be changed at the package level if a batch is different than the item MMJ used.

We will be syncing payments logged on orders to your Quickbooks online linked account. This will reduce the need for you to do dual entry on Flourish and QBO.

We added signatures to our Webhook feature. This increases the security of our Webhooks by requiring that the message match the signature generated.

We are adding a CSV upload for METRC package and plant tags. This will help you reduce entry error.

We now reverse sync the lot/batch number for each package from METRC. This will ensure that each package has the correct lot/batch that is in METRC.

We are adding the grand total to the shipment PDF so your customers know the entire cost of the shipment!

We added the ability to enter weight, method, and reason for individual plants when destroying plants. We also allow you to select and apply the same reason and method to all selected plants at once.

We now allow you to manicure your plants in the vegetation stage. This helps when you are removing excess from plants. This works the same as manicuring in the flowering stage.

Based on your feedback we have updated the PDF that is printed from a completed inventory count to include all of the counted packages!

We added an assigned column next to the available column in the counted packages modal. This will display the quantity of the package that is assigned from that package.

Based on your feedback we now allow the expected date of purchase orders to be in the future. This works great for when you know you have a shipment coming in and want to pre-build the PO.

We added the ability to select multiple header filters on inventory counts. This will allow you to filter by cannabis and locked packages or cannabis and unlocked packages.

We added wire as a payment type. This is for our B2B customers to be able to capture how their clients are paying for their orders. If you have retail customers that pay via wire please let us know!

Based on your feedback we added a balance due column to the all orders grid. This will allow you to see the balance due of the order without having to click into the order.

We now auto-populate the area/location on newly created packages when you split a package to allocate to an order. This will save you from having to set the area/location. You can change the area/location if needed.

We are adding a 'Match all Allocated' button on mobile orders. If the order has at least one order line that is over-allocated, we will display the Match all Allocated. Selecting Match all Allocated will match the ordered quantity of the order line to the allocated quantity.

We are giving you the ability to un-send a package that is out of sync with METRC. This works for newly created packages that have not yet properly synced to MERTC.

As a user, I want to be able to get the item CBD and THC percentage and CBD/THC content via the API so I can add this to my website for example.

We added a third ref field to orders for you to use for information regarding the order!

We added the customer PO number field to our printed order invoice. This will allow you to make sure that the order matches the customer po number!

We are releasing a compliance-focused feature to ensure those in Nevada are not overselling retail customers.

We added order Ref fields and Origin Harvests to the Flourish external API. This will allow you to update and write to ref fields on orders and get the origin harvests of packages from Flourish.

When the package you are creating is an item with a required and set strain the strain selector drop-down will not be selectable. This will save you clicks when creating packages!

We added part number as an optional column for our package quantities inventory counts. This will allow you to sort counts by part number if that is how you want to sort.

We expanded the information that is captured when exporting the item master. We now include all of the product information. We also include e-commerce and compliance information.

We added a select all filter packages option for bulk action. Not only will the first page be selected, but all packages will be selected. This will save you a lot of time when it comes to bulk package actions!

Based on your feedback we made the item selector for building orders larger than the field. This will allow you to be able to read the entire item name!

For faster order allocation we will automatically enter the ordered quantity of the order line into the required quantity field when splitting a package to allocate to an outbound order. All you will have to do is press the review and confirm button!

We added area and location selectors on mobile for splitting packages on an order.

We updated the Total Price and Cost fields to be tab out to save. This will allow you to take your time when entering the numbers you need.

We are now allowing the package attributes that belong to a source package to be passed along to the newly created package. IF there are multiple source packages then we will NOT pass the attributes along.

We are adding the option to have ALL packages associated with a lot number be automatically locked when the test result for that lot is recorded as in-process or failed status.

We are adding Strain Description as an option in the label maker. This will allow you to inform your customers of the details of the strain that they are buying.

We understand that you may have more than one facility that you use to cultivate plants in. Allowing you to plant plants from a package will help increase the efficiency of you cultivation team!

We are releasing the same functionality that we have for our web app for our POS app. You will be able to set an idle item and then a logout time for users to be logged out to the PIN screen.

Being able to allocate clone kills to a specific mother group will allow your team to get a better idea of which origin groups produce the best clones.

We are adding the configuration option to remove Account Credit as a return option. This will default to Cash as the monetary transaction of choice when your customer is returning a product.

We are adding the sellable numbers to the lots/batch drop down on orders. This will help your sales reps when it comes to knowing how much of a lot/batch is for able to be sold.

We are now supporting inventory as a webhook. This will allow you to get real time inventory updates from Flourish.

METRC requires that drivers have their employee ID number logged in their system. To make sure we are properly sending METRC the required information we are adding an employee ID field to drivers in Flourish.

Based on your feedback we are increasing the record limits to 200 for items! This will allow you to get more information per API call.

The state of Virginia requires the Pharmacist on duty to have their initials on every customer label for product sold. We are allowing the users to select the Pharmacist on printing of the customer label! This will be remembered until changed.

We are giving you more control over who can and cannot take certain actions in inventory counts. The new actions are listed below!

Flourish has allowed users to enter grams as the default weight for harvesting/creating packages. This will allow for the option to have those weights be in LBs instead. Great for outdoor cultivators who harvest huge weight.

We are adding the ability to have a cancellation reason on retail purchases. This will allow for reporting on the reasons a purchase is being cancelled and allow you to make informed decisions on how to improve.

For Arizona users we are adding the MMJ used field to the package creation screen. This will allow you to enter the MMJ used while creating the package and save you time!

We are updating the API for our CanPay integration to their V2.

SKU is often what our users use to refer to items. To better help them find the item they are looking or we added SKU as a column on the item master grid.

We added the Use By Date to the All Packages so you can quickly identify what packages are past this date and what packages are approaching this date.

We added the ability for you to have multiple filters on inventory counts to make counting inventory more efficient.

Harvesting takes a lot at a time and you do not always get to enter the harvest on the day it happens. This will allow the you to sent the correct date and have that sent to reports and METRC.

Similar to allowing you to enter the date of the harvest, we added a date picker when you log waste against a harvest.

We are adding a screen for users to manage their subscription to Flourish via the web app. Users will be able to manage payments, contacts, and see historical invoices.

We will allow you to split external items! This will save you from having to rename an item to an internal Flourish name before being able to split.

Currently, users have to create the harvest to add wet weights. Once plants are moved to harvests they are not able to edit flowering plants. Allow to export CSV for a flowering group so users can enter weights before creating harvests.

You can now package Veg and Mother plants in California METRC cultivation environments. We have a toggle for you to choose if the plants are coming from a Mother plant which will NOT decrement the plant count of the group. This means Flourish creates the package of clones for you and then also creates the new plant batch of those clones and then consumes that package label!

Toggling this on means the Plants Available number will NOT be impacted from packaging these plants.
